Built to last, not to be the cheapest
Nobody buys security screens hoping they'll be the cheapest thing on the house. You buy them to keep people out, let air in, and still be working properly in ten years.
That's why Viking only installs Prowler Proof. Every frame is machine-welded instead of screwed or riveted together, the products are audited against Australian Standards through the National Security Screen Association, and they carry a 10-year full replacement warranty. If something's wrong with the product in that time, you get a new one, not a patch-up.
Every door gets a Lockwood 3-point locking system as standard: the 8654 on hinged doors and the 8653 on sliding doors. Order them together and they can be keyed alike, so one key does the lot.

No. The measure and quote are free and there's no obligation. Chris measures every opening on site so the quote is accurate, not a guess from photos.

How long does it take from quote to install?
Every screen is made to order by Prowler Proof, so timing depends on the factory schedule and the size of the job. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote and keep you posted.
What's the warranty?
Prowler Proof products carry a 10-year full replacement warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Locks and hardware are covered by their own manufacturers’ warranties. Details are on our warranty page.
