Viking Security Screens was started in 2019 by Chris and Jess, and it's still run by them from Ormeau.
Why Viking exists
Chris had spent more than 15 years in the security screen industry before starting Viking. He'd seen what happens when screens are sold on price: rivets working loose, doors dropping, locks that stop lining up, and customers who couldn't get anyone to come back.
So Viking was set up the other way around. One product line, Prowler Proof, chosen because it's welded, tested and backed by a replacement warranty. One person measuring and quoting every job, so nothing gets lost between the salesperson and the installer. And a clear position: we're not trying to be the cheapest quote you get. We're trying to be the screens you don't have to think about again.
Who you'll deal with
Chris measures and quotes every job himself and looks after the install side. If there's a tricky opening or an odd-shaped window, he's the one working it out.
Jess runs bookings, communication and supplier coordination. She's the reason your quote turns up the same day and you know when the installers are coming.
Behind them is a small install team who work with Chris and Jess, not for a franchise.
