Security screens and doors in Pimpama

Screening a newer home

Pimpama has grown fast, and a big share of the homes here are in newer estates. The builder usually fits flyscreens to the windows and a basic screen door, if any. They keep insects out, but they're not security products, and they're often the first thing owners want upgraded.

The good news with a newer home is that the openings are usually square and standard, which makes for a clean, accurate install.

What works on Pimpama homes

• Alfresco sliding doors: a ForceField sliding security door keeps the outdoor area open to the living room.
• Close neighbours: on smaller lots, Protec on side and front windows gives daytime privacy without blocking the breeze.
• Two-storey homes: Guardian on the upstairs windows.
• Matching frames: we colour-match to your window frames so the screens look like part of the build.

Just moved in, or about to?

There's no need to wait for the house to settle. Many Pimpama owners book their measure as soon as they have keys, so the screens go in before the furniture does. If you're still building, see our page for builders and new homes.
