The Prowler Proof 10-year full replacement warranty

What it covers

Every Prowler Proof security door and window screen is covered by Prowler Proof's 10-year full replacement warranty. If the product shows a defect in workmanship or materials within 10 years from its date of manufacture, it's replaced with a brand-new product rather than patched up.

What you need to do

• Nothing to register. Products are covered from the moment they leave the factory, and each one carries a serial number Prowler Proof can track.
• If you think something's wrong, call us on 07 5609 2880. We installed it, so we'll come and look and handle the claim with Prowler Proof for you.

Locks and hardware

Locks, hinges, rollers and closers are made by other manufacturers, such as Lockwood, and are covered by those manufacturers' own warranties. We'll help you with those too.

Looking after your screens

Regular cleaning keeps the finish and the mesh in good condition, especially near the coast. A rinse with fresh water and a soft brush every few months does most of the work.
